How the quiz works
The quiz asks six questions covering your household situation, annual rent budget, workplace location, transport preference, daily lifestyle priorities, and one non-negotiable requirement. Each answer activates a set of scoring dimensions (beach access, school proximity, metro connectivity, commute time, security, and more), which are then matched against our database of 30 Dubai communities.
Every community is scored on 17 dimensions, calibrated with real knowledge of the Dubai rental market. The match percentage reflects how closely a community scores across the dimensions you have activated with your answers. A 90% match means the community excels at almost everything you asked for. A 60% match is still a strong contender, just with trade-offs on one or two dimensions.
The quiz covers the 30 primary residential communities in Dubai: from Downtown Dubai and DIFC to JVC, Arabian Ranches, Dubai Hills Estate, Mirdif, Deira, and 23 others. Once you have your results, click any community card to see current listings from verified owners.
